Collaborated with the newly appointed director of the new entity to create a growth strategy in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Eastern Europe.

Key focus areas included regulatory, quality, supply chain, Track & Trace, with substantial involvement in commercial and IT functions. Detailed analysis of Polish market in B2B telecom services, Data Centre and Cloud Services market has been done. Company strategy, business plan and financial projections have been thoroughly examined, potential risks have been identified and possible remedies have been introduced.
Due diligence of an electronics retailer: Led a due diligence project of one of the largest IT Distributor companies in Turkey, with a revenue of $450M in 2010.
Organization Design and HR Framework Development – Industrial Manufacturing / Non-Profit Organization / Cybersecurity Services Provider: Directed transformative organizational redesign projects for multiple companies in a variety of sectors. The projects encompassed a complete functional restructuring, the development of a titling framework, performance management framework, competency framework, succession management framework, and a new HR operating model. All frameworks are scheduled for implementation this year, driving enhanced organizational efficiency.
Setting up a Corporate Responsibility (CR) Program and preparation for CR reporting: Led the planning phase of four Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives for a German Pharma Company with multiple workstreams and stakeholders (R&D, commercial, medical, product safety, etc..). Coordinated efforts for preparation of a second ESG rating assessment and first ever GRI based CR reporting which included design of a web-based platform to collect and manage necessary documentation as well as working with all departments to guide them and clarify what they want to include to the report at the required level of detail.
